Galette, No Worries



I knew my frozen Good For Everything Pie dough would soon return to the kitchen table. Tuesdays With Dorie has assigned Summer Fruit Galette.



I've selected nectarines and blueberries.



Roll out a circle.



Fill.


Chill.


Bake. Rest. Eat.
