Plum Delicious: TWD


Chocolate Armagnac Cake is really a chocolaty, boozy, nutty, dried pitted plum, fudge cake! A plum prize for a special dining event.

I agree Lauren with your assessment. It reminds me of an Alice Medrich torte I love to bake. So good. I think the prunes add a richness and moistness/density that is interesting. Just sets it apart a bit. Yours looks beautiful. I loved it. Thanks for stopping by for a chat.
